Recipe

Ingredients
Bread - 4 slices
Sugar - 1 Cup
Milk - 1 Cup
Unsweetened koya - 1 Cup
Cashew nut ( optional )
Almonds ( optional )
Ghee - 2 Tbs
Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
Oil
Water
Method
- Cut the bread into 4 pieces .
- Fry it in oil.
- Prepare jeera mixture by adding 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup of water in a pan.
- Put the bread pieces in the jeera mixture.
- Add koya, milk and vanilla essence in a separate bowl and mix it well.
- Pour this mixture over the bread slices and mix it till the pieces gets shredded.
- And mix it well till halwa consistency is attained.
- Add 2 tablespoons of ghee.
- Serve it with nuts.
